Who are we ? We are a family. And You can support and join us in our activities. PERSPECTIVES KAMERUN e.V. The abriviations e.V. is a german abriviation for Registered Association. The name of the Association indicates already what our activities are all about. Over the years, our Father, Grand father, Uncle, Brother and Founder of this activities, Papa Mbeu Tchoua Dr. Pius Y. Tomdio began to and had engaged his time in different regions in Cameroon in the West of Central African Continent with humanitarian work. Taking care of children and youths, mothers and fathers in diversified sections including financial, material and educational support. All these was and has been possible through the support of family members as a free contribution in nation building. They all have given future and still giving hopes to - the poor of the poorest - in Cameroon.
Cameroon is situated in West of Central Africa, bordered by the countries in West and Central Africa ; Nigeria, Chad, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, and Equatorial Guinea. Cameroon is being considered as Africa in miniature form, referring to its characteristics that almost all elements of African continent can be found in Cameroon. In Cameroon, there exist more than 240 ethnic groups with more than 240 ethnic languages. Apart from those, there are 2 official languages; English and French. It is no surprise to notice that the German and Spanish languages are broadly spoken also.
During a family meeting on 7 of September 2008 in Copenhagen in Denmark, a discussion was brought up about the official registration of the on going family efforts to fight against underdevelopment in Africa and Cameroon in particular. Points where raised about the registration as a non profit making and Non Governmental Organization ( NGO ) .
On July 3 of 2010, a meeting took place with the presence of 10 persons in Hasselt in Belgium aiming at the creation of the Organization to fight against underdevelopment and support development and development assistance in Africa, starting from Cameroon as " A Bridge to Africans "
On 22 of October 2010, the association was officially registered with the name PERSPECTIVES KAMERUN e.V. in the Associations registry in Germany, done on the said day in the Court of the See Port City of Kiel in the province of Schleswig - Holstein in northern Germany. With registration NR. ( AG Kiel - VR 5659 KI ).
Social engagement and charity is regarded as a big word within the family. For us it is very important to support the remote and underdeveloped regions in all aspects as much as we can to bring about prosperity. With togetherness, every thing is possible, " fighting together to eradicate underdevelopment ". We are involved and also making our main target to be the maximum support of - the poor of the poorest - in Cameroon, to improve standard of living. The financial expenditure for our engagement and aims is very high. The associations´ finances alone cannot meet up with the demands of the projects so that this associationtion mainly relies on your supports, financially and materially.
